Mitch Crouser grew up in a family of throwers. He was the 1984 U.S. Olympic team alternate in the discus with a personal best of
220 feet
Mitch is the father and coach of Ryan Crouser who is the three time Olympic gold medalist, three time World Championship gold medalist and World Record holder in the shot put. Mitch has coached from the grade school level to the Olympic level over the past 30 years.
