The Mook is a championship-style cross country event held at the Mook at Alderbrook Golf Course in Tillamook, Oregon. This annual race is known for attracting elite high school runners and youth runners of all abilities. The course is designed to be fast and honest grass only course, with most of the race run on short-clipped fairways with one significant hill to challenge runners.
