Head Track Coach Emerald Ridge High (WA) /USATF Level 2 Coach
Bob Frey is the Head Coach: Emerald Ridge High School (Puyallup, Washington). He has guided the Emerald Ridge girls' team to WIAA 4A State Championship in 2024 setting the All Time State meet teams scoring record. The first 4A school to ever score over 100 pts.
Bob is a specialist in the Hurdles (state records, top freshmen), as well as the Sprints, Relays, Multi-Events.
Coach Frey is a USATF Level 2 (Sprints/Hurdles/Relays & Multi-Events), USTFCCCA Jumps Specialist.
A 2022-23 Washington Girls Track & Field Coach of the Year and a NFHS Section 8 Coach of the Year.
