Dr. Hernandez has been embedded with programs ranging from high-school cross-country and track teams to gymnastics and volleyball, and he serves as an ongoing consultant to fire departments seeking to enhance readiness and reduce injury risk. His approach blends evidence-informed clinical care with high-performance coaching, making complex biomechanics simple, practical, and coach-friendly.

He is the creator of the Gen Xercise System, the Youth Performance Lab, and multiple continuing-education workshops designed to improve athlete development at all levels.
